Little Theater Building – 40’x80′ – 20 tables/200 chairs – Kitchen attached – Capacity: Dance 450 / Seated 250 – Stage 20’d x 30’w; linoleum dance floor and carpeted main floor; black padded chairs and round tables. Heat and A/C, attached kitchen.

Rental without kitchen: $500, deposit $250. Rental with kitchen: $575, deposit $300. Kitchen rental only: $275, deposit $275. Set-up fees: $100.

Fritch Hall – 60’x100′ – 10 tables/100 chairs – Kitchen = Barty’s Cafe – Capacity: Dance 750 / Seated 375 – Smooth concrete floor. No windows so all walls are usable. One roll-up cargo door. Heat and A/C.

Rental: $600, deposit $300. Set-up fees: $100.

Junior Building – 170’x250′ – 10 tables/100 chairs – Kitchen attached – Capacity: Dance 200 / Seated 125 – Smooth concrete floor; fireplace, attached kitchen, heat and A/C.

Rental (includes kitchen): $350, deposit $175. Set-up fees: $100.

Baldwin Pavilion – 170’x250′ – Tables/chairs not included – Kitchen = Junior Building – Dirt Floor. Configurable arena available for animal events. Horse stalls available. Lighted for night events.

Rental: $600, deposit $300. With Junior Building: $750, deposit $375. Set-up fees: $100.

Mather Building & Arena Area – No kitchen – Includes livestock tie-rings and wash stalls. Livestock pens available.

Rental: $250, deposit $250. Set-up fees: $100.

Parks & Street Areas – Sizes vary – Kitchen = Barty’s Cafe or Little Theater kitchen can be used. – Grange Park, Museum Park, Fiesta Park, Stage lawn, Carnival Lot, Bell Tower area, or surface streets.

Rental: $350, deposit $175. With outdoor stage: $500, deposit $250. Set-up fees: $100.

Barty’s Cafe – 30’x50′ – 10 tabels/40 seats – Kitchen attached – Capacity: 40 seated – Tile floor, heat and A/C.

Rental: $250, deposit $125. Without kitchen: $125, deposit $125. Set-up fees $0.

Phil Lewis Hall – 72’x140′ – 20 tables/200 chairs – Kitchen = Barty’s Cafe = Dance 1,400 / Seated 650 – Plastic sport floor, Heat and A/C.

Rental: $1000, deposit $500. Set-up fees: $150.

General Facility – Sizes vary – optional tables / chairs – Kitchen = Theater Bldg and Barty’s – This includes Fritch Hall, Theater Building, two kitchens, lawn areas, streets, and more. Call for more information.

Rental: $2000, deposit $1000. Set-up fees: $150.

Whole Facility Rental (excluding Baldwin Pavilion and Junior Building): $3000, deposit $1500. Set-up fees: $250.

Grandstands and Track Infield – 1/4 paved oval racetrack, grass infield – No kitchen – Grandstands and bleachers 2,946 – Lights available.

Rental: $1800, deposit $900. Set-up fees: $150.

Hourly rates for local only meetings: $55.00 – $75.00 per hour (4 Hour Maximum) include 50 chairs and 5 tables. On site equipment rental fees apply.
